Fasts are necessary. January will be a great month without a lot of things I had in excess this year. Detoxing is about ridding all toxins. Toxic foods, substances, relationships, people. All of that goes. Using that energy for real purpose. Excited!

So a lot of black women are natural now. Many are claiming their quendom and referring to each other as “sis” and “queen.” In this, I have noticed that there are a number of black women who see this as a threat to their claim to fame as a “natural” and a threat to their individuality. As a result, these women label the new comers as trend followers and frauds....
one day you’ll turn around and finally see me. then you’ll stop looking for what you already had. but of course, it will be too late then :)
